Now accepting new therapy clients in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about reconnecting with your full self—the messy, brilliant, burned-out, brave, parts that haven’t had a safe place to land.

I’m Jazzmyn Proctor M.S., LGPC, NCC, a mental health therapist, specializing in trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy (supervised by Dr. Jennifer Kaufman Walker). I received my masters degree at Hood College. During my time in graduate school, I immersed myself in various community led efforts such as serving on the board of directors of Annapolis Pride. I firmly believe that it is imperative that I am working to create the change we want to see in the world both in and out of the therapy room.

I work primarily with women, couples, creatives, and high-achievers who are navigating mood disorders, major transitions, and relationship burnout.

A Personalized Approach

You might look like you have it all together on the outside—career, ambition, independence—but you’re exhausted inside. You’ve outgrown your coping skills. you’re craving connection. you want to feel like you again.

My approach to therapy is relational, creative, and deeply collaborative. We’ll explore your attachment patterns, nervous system responses, and the beliefs that keep you stuck—then build something different.

I am ready to start living my life fully
